We are developing a comprehensive, evidence-informed training curriculum grounded in the emerging science of interoception and embodied practice. Designed to be practical, ethical, and accessible across disciplines, the programme will offer specialist pathways for therapists, coaches and educators, and leadership and organisational professionals seeking to integrate interoception-informed approaches into their work.
