Tracy Jarvis, MSc, CSP, UKCP
Tracy Jarvis, MSc, is a world-renowned licensed psychotherapist, international trainer, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in psychology and mental health. Specialising in neuroscience and trauma, Tracy combines a rigorous academic foundation with over 25 years of yoga and movement practice, bringing a deeply embodied and neurobiological perspective to her clinical and teaching work. More widely, Tracy is the founder and former CEO of PESI UK (previously Psychotherapy Excellence), a not-for-profit organisation and the largest clinical content provider in the UK and Europe. In addition, Tracy is a former trainer with the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute and has a specialist private practice in PTSD, complex trauma, and trauma-related issues/diagnoses. She teaches, advises, and consults on trauma and mental health for various organisations worldwide, emphasizing the importance of a bi-directional approach to treating psychological trauma and mental health conditions.
Courtney Rolfe, MA, LCPC, SEP
Courtney Rolfe, LCPC, is a licensed psychotherapist, speaker, trainer, and writer passionate about bringing interoceptive wisdom, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic approaches to clinicians and wellness professionals across the globe. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and a Level I IFS practitioner, Courtney helps clinicians bridge brain, body, and nervous system in working with trauma and the many ways trauma presents itself in clinical settings. Courtney is co-author of Polyvagal Prompts (W.W. Norton & Company), co-authored with Deb Dana. Courtney is passionate about supporting healers and helpers bring the wisdom of the nervous system into their work. Courtney lives in the UK, but maintains a practice based in Chicago, IL.

Abi Blakeslee, PhD, MFT, SEP
Dr Abi Blakeslee is a leading voice in Somatic Psychology and an internationally acclaimed educator. She is the founder of Implicit Psychotherapy. Dr Blakeslee holds a PhD in Clinical and Somatic Psychology and an MA in Counseling and Depth Psychology. She is senior faculty at Somatic Experiencing International, bringing decades worth of experience to her teaching and clinical interventions. She is featured at Psychotherapy Networker, a world premiere therapy conference, and teaches world renowned PESI Somatic Psychology Certification programs and Master Classes. Dr Blakeslee integrates the study of implicit memory and psychophysiology in clinical research, primary and secondary trauma interventions, neuro-consulting, and the psychobiological principles of attachment and shock trauma. Dr Blakeslee teaches and consults world wide. She lives in Bozeman, Montana with her husband and enjoys the snow, mountains, and rivers with their three children.
Gordon Barclay, MRCGP, MRCPsych
Dr Gordon Barclay took a peripatetic route into psychiatry via Sinology, investment banking, general practice/family medicine (MRCGP) and internal medicine (MRCP), and after many happy years as a general adult consultant psychiatrist in the NHS (National Health Service) based on the west coast of Scotland, now works in private practice in Glasgow. He has trained in many psychotherapy modalities, and was a trainer in two other modalities before developing TDS (Towards a Dialectical Self), as a radically relational, embodied integrative psychotherapy created to work effectively with psychological trauma and dissociation.
Jacquie Compton, RP, RCAT
Jacquie Compton is a trauma therapist, educator, trainer, clinical consultant, and poet. She is an art therapist, a Certified Advanced Practitioner in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and an SPI-approved Clinical Consultant. Jacquie is a faculty member and a clinical supervisor at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute, where she teaches courses in trauma-informed practice, embodiment, grief and cultural humility in art therapy. She is also a trainer with the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute. With over 18 years of clinical experience, Jacquie continues to develop an embodied, trauma-focused practice that integrates art-based and somatic approaches. Her work is deeply rooted in anti-oppressive, anti-racist, decolonizing, feminist, and trauma-informed praxis.
Kate Truitt, PhD, MA, MBA
Dr Kate Truitt is a clinical psychologist, applied neuroscientist, and founder of the award-winning Dr Kate Truitt & Associates, recognized for excellence in trauma-informed patient care. She leads the Truitt Institute and the Amy Research Foundation, integrating neuroscience into clinical practice and education. An international author and speaker, she focuses on trauma, stress, resilience, and applied neuroplasticity across clinical, organizational, and community settings.
Susan Zinn, LPCC, LMHC, NCC
Susan Zinn known as The Heart Therapist™, is a licensed psychotherapist, national clinical counselor, researcher, and certified trauma and eating disorder specialist. Founder of Westside Counseling Center, she helps people heal trauma through evidence-based psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, and heart intelligence. Her work integrates trauma therapy, interoception, heart-brain signaling, neurocardiology, and the often-overlooked functional freeze response. A nationally recognized speaker and media spokesperson, Susan has received the President’s Volunteer Service Award and recognition from Los Angeles Times Studios. She earned her master’s degree from New York University and is pursuing a doctorate at the University of Southern California. Susan lives in Los Angeles and is a mom to her teenagers and two dogs.
