The Interoception International team is developing a comprehensive training curriculum that is evidence-informed and, as the research base grows, increasingly research-backed. Our team is working to create a grounded, interoception-informed approach that is both meaningful and accessible across disciplines.

The training programme will include three distinct pathways: one designed for licensed therapists seeking continuing education (CE) and continuing professional development (CPD) in interoception-informed and embodied therapeutic practice; a second pathway for coaches, educators, wellbeing practitioners, and individuals with a professional or personal interest in interoception and embodiment who are not clinically qualified, focusing on interoception-informed coaching, learning, and applied practice rather than psychotherapy or clinical treatment; and a third specialist pathway for leadership coaches and organisational professionals interested in applying interoception-informed and embodied principles and practices within leadership development, workplace wellbeing, communication, and relational effectiveness.

We are excited to bring forward training that reflects the emerging science of interoception while remaining grounded in practical, ethical, and accessible application.
